I have always appreciated the quality and consistent level of service that I have received over the years from you and all your team. As a woman who is out of her comfort zone in dealing with cars, I have felt assured that I was being treated with respect and honesty. However yesterday was altogether something special. It is not your responsibility to respond to your customers’ accident calls, but Johnny and Phil were especially concerned and thoughtful.
